"Peacemaker," is a little 12" x12" painting on cotton gallery wrapped canvas, in mixed media. This is part of a series of paintings depicting Hellebores or the Christmas Rose. The Christmas Rose appears in Tasmania at Christmas time and is known for its ability to grow in part shade. It is like a beacon of light and peace.
