"Celebration", after the harvest is inspired by the knowledge that we only obtain the beautiful fruit following the harvest after all the hard work has been done.  

The Idea Behind the Painting

The harvest has always been one of humanity’s most powerful metaphors. You prepare the ground, you plant, you tend, you wait — and only then, after all of that patient, unglamorous work, does the fruit appear. The celebration that follows isn’t just about the abundance on the table. It’s about everything that came before it.

I wanted to capture that moment of arrival. The rich purples of the grapes, the warmth of wine, the sense of a table set not just with food but with meaning. This is a still life, but it’s not a quiet one — there’s a vibrancy to it, an aliveness, that I hope you can feel.
